**** While Canada Post is on Strike, we are using UPS, please expect 1-2 days longer than usual transit time.**** Canada Post is the only courier we use at the moment. Order will take 2-10 business days to arrive after being shipped in Canada. Order will take 5-12 business days to arrive after being shipped to the US. Other countries will take 10-20 business days to arrive (depends on the custom clearance process, we do not responsible for any duty or taxes)

We accept PayPal and major credit card via PayPal; Visa, Master, American Express. You DO NOT NEED to create an account with PayPal, at the check out you could Check out as a guest via the link. PayPal basically acts as our crecit card processing machine. Taxes will be re-calculate after Paypal Check out.

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours as long as the order has not been shipped and we have products you need available in stock. However, please understand that if you place order in the AM of shipping date, it will be unlikely to cancel as we likely ship it out in the afternoon. Unfortunately, We DO NOT accept any return at the moment as we are a small individual store and unable to accept return like the way bigger stores do. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. However, if your order is damage on the way between our warehouse and your address. If this happens so, please contact us right away when you receive the package. (Pictures of damage packages are asset) Inspect all merchandise on arrival. Incorrect, missing, or damaged merchandise must be reported immediately. When reporting incorrect, missing or damaged items, retain all packaging materials as these may be required in satisfying any claim with the carrier. Please remember to include your receipt and a note that includes your name and address (or the name and address of the person who purchased it). A daytime phone number is always appreciated. Defective merchandise may be subject to inspection by a factory representative prior to replacement or refund. Re-wrap merchandise carefully and remember to display the return authorization number prominently on the package exterior. Please allow approximately 2 weeks time prior to checking on the status of your returning shipment.

Please contact us and the request must be done within 14 days after receiving your order. Customized items such as personalized Jerseys, and special orders are not eligible for exchange. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags attached. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs; sending the product back to us, and shipping new product back to you as well. All returns must be authorized by Vancity Sports via email prior shipping (Enquiries@vancitysportsSHOP.com). Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice/receipt when you mail it back to us. Vancity Sports will not be responsible for any returning shipment that is lost or damaged in transit. Any such claim should be directed to the carrier that was entrusted with the return of your package. We could only offer limited number of items online as we have limited space & human resources, unlike in-store that we have full fledge of products available as long as you make appointment in advance. However, we are working on adding items onto website regularly.

Once an order is placed and the payment is verified and confirmed, the order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business day, UNLESS your order is customized which could take up to 10 business days before it is ready to ship.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but sometimes accidents happen between our warehouse and your address. If your package is damaged in any way, Take a picture of it and contact us at Enquiries@vancitysportsSHOP.com Inspect all merchandise on arrival. Incorrect, missing, or damaged merchandise must be reported IMMEDIATELY. When reporting incorrect, missing or damaged items, retain all packaging materials as these may be required in satisfying any claim with the carrier. Do not return the package without contacting us first. Please hold on to all the packaging until we reach out and provide you with necessary instructions for its return and prompt replacement. Vancity Sports will not be responsible for any returning shipment that is lost or damaged in transit. Orders shipped within Canada are subject to the following taxes depending on the province it is shipped to. Quebec is subject to 5% GST. British Columbia is subject to 7% PST and 5% GST. Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 15% HST. Ontario is subject to 13% HST. Any other Canadian provinces or territories are only subject to 5% GST. No Taxes on any order shipping to foreign countries, HOWEVER customer will responsible for Duty and/or Taxes being charged by your country custom standard.
