WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS YOU ACCEPT?


We accept PayPal and major credit card via PayPal; Visa, Master, American Express. You do not need to create an account with PayPal, at the check out you could Check out as a guest via the link.

Taxes will be re-calculate after Paypal Check out.




WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?


Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! VancitySports products are chosen very carefully and are of the highest quality available.

Unfortunately, We DO NOT accept any return at the moment as we are a small individual store and unable to accept return like the way bigger stores do. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
However, if your order is damage on the way between our warehouse and your address. If this happens so, please contact us right away when you receive the package. (Pictures of damage packages are asset) Inspect all merchandise on arrival. Incorrect, missing, or damaged merchandise must be reported immediately. When reporting incorrect, missing or damaged items, retain all packaging materials as these may be required in satisfying any claim with the carrier.
Please remember to include your receipt and a note that includes your name and address (or the name and address of the person who purchased it). A daytime phone number is always appreciated. Defective merchandise may be subject to inspection by a factory representative prior to replacement or refund. Re-wrap merchandise carefully and remember to display the return authorization number prominently on the package exterior.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks time prior to checking on the status of your returning shipment.




WHAT ABOUT PRODUCT EXCHANGE?


Your satisfaction is very important to us! Vancity Sports products are chosen very carefully and are of the highest quality available.
If, however, you wish to exchange the product to other item(s). Please contact us and the request must be done within 14 days after receiving your order.
Customized items such as personalized Jerseys, and special orders are not eligible for exchange. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags attached.
However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs; sending the product back to us, and shipping new product back to you as well.
All returns must be authorized by Vancity Sports via email prior shipping (Enquiries@vancitysportsSHOP.com). Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice/receipt and mail it back to us at:

WHAT IS THE COURIER YOU USE TO SHIP MY ORDER? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?


Canada Post is the only courier we use at the moment. Order will take 3-8 business days to arrive after being shipped in Canada. Order will take 4-9 business days to arrive after being shipped to the US.
Express shipping service is not currently available.




HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?


Once an order is placed and the payment is verified and confirmed, the order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business day, UNLESS your order is customized which could take up to 7 business days before it is ready to ship.




CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?


You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours as long as the order has not been shipped and we have products you need available in stock.

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE SOME PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ONLINE BUT IN-STORE?


We could only offer limited number of items online as we have limited space, unlike in-store that we have full fledge of products available.
However, we have plan to expand our online items in near future.




DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?


Sorry, we do not offer any gift card at the moment.




ANY TAXES ON MY ORDER?


Orders shipped within Canada are subject to the following taxes depending on the province it is shipped to.
Quebec is subject to 5% GST.
British Columbia is subject to 7% PST and 5% GST.
Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick, are subject to 13% HST.
Nova Scotia is subject to 15% HST.
Any other Canadian provinces or territories are only subject to 5% GST.
No Taxes on any order shipping to foreign countries, HOWEVER customer will responsible for Duty and/or Taxes being charged by your country custom standard.




WHAT HAPPEN IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL?


We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but sometimes accidents happen between our warehouse and your address. If your package is damaged in any way, Take a picture of it and contact us at Enquiries@vancitysportsSHOP.com Inspect all merchandise on arrival. Incorrect, missing, or damaged merchandise must be reported immediately. When reporting incorrect, missing or damaged items, retain all packaging materials as these may be required in satisfying any claim with the carrier. Do not return the package without contacting us first, and hang on to all the packaging. Our customer service department staff will give you the necessary instructions for its return and prompt replacement. Vancity Sports will not be responsible for any returning shipment that is lost or damaged in transit. Any such claim should be directed to the carrier that was entrusted with the return of your package. Please remember to include your receipt and a note that includes your name and address (or the name and address of the person who purchased it)

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST? AND WHY NOT FREE SHIPPING?


We offer Flate rates in Canada - $15.99 for any order less than $149 (before Tax) - $9.99 For any order more than $149 (before Tax) For shipping to the US, we offer $21.99 Flat rate to Mainland US. (excluding AK, HI)

We also ship to the UK, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Netherland, Norway, Sweden. We are trying our best to offer the affordable shipping cost to our customers however, we cannot offer free shipping like the Big Box stores do and also do not tend to compete with them.
Vancity Sports SHOP is only existed to serve distance customers and introduce some of our unique products.
